Since 2006, our Colorado-owned and operated team has specialized in providing high-quality respiratory rental equipment, professional therapy services, disposable supplies, and ongoing education for staff and residents. Our certified respiratory therapists deliver hands-on care, empower your team through training, and help maintain a high standard of respiratory health.
We also offer CPR, First Aid, and Cardiac Life Support training to ensure your facility is prepared for any situation. “It has been my pleasure working with Dave Klein, Shane Kintzel, and the staff with Rocky Mountain Respiratory Resource for almost 10 years. The staff at RMRR is extremely knowledgable about the equipment needs one may have. They are always friendly and courteous with our staff and residents.
We took a brief year pause from RMRR to sign with a local vendor there in town. Since we live in a very small town, we like to support the local businesses in our area. However, when the local business wasn't going to be able to fulfill our needs and demands any longer, there was no question as to who we were going to return to.
Dave and Shane have always gone above and beyond to meet all of our respiratory needs. Just recently, we scheduled a trip to Cripple Creek, Colorado. I made my usual call to Dave for some portable concentrators so our folks with oxygen could go on the trip. I requested 4 portable concentrators but Dave said only have one available at this time to rent. I ask Dave what other options they had for this trip, Dave then ensured me that he would order 3 brand new portable concentrators and have them plus the one RMRR already delivered to the facility in time for the trip. WOW. Those portable concentrators are NOT cheap. That goes to show you just how dedicated to service and satisfaction RMRR is.
Nathan (who is a member of the RMRR team) comes down once a week and changes out all the humidifier bottles and ozygen tubing, and cleans the concentrators as well as the air filter on them. This also includes the tubing on the portable oxygen tanks. Nathan makes sure that all tubing and bottles have the date they were changed on them. Since we have been with Rocky Mountain Respiratory Resource, we have not recieved a deficiency related to respiratory services from our state survey team or our V.A. survey team in the last 9 years.
Shane Kintzel is a Respiratory Care Practitioner who has done in-services for our staff as well as for our residents. We have been able to perform overnight oximetry for our residents in the facility because of his qualifications. This saves the family, resident, or the facility inconvenience and resources because it is done right there at the facility.
There have been weeks when RMRR made special trips to Walsenburt go ensure that our residents' needs are met. There is truly nothing this company wouldn't do for you or your residents. I highly recommend Rocky Mountain Respiratory Resource to your facility. They have been call upon on weekends or during the night just to check that a resident's CPAP mask or machine is working correctly.”
